I came in for the first time to get a fill and a broken nail Fixed and my technician was so gentle and thorough on every finger. Asking me if it hurt, how I like it, if I want it skinnier, etc. I think I’ve found my forever salon. I absolutely love my nails and the service Manicure

so they are really understaffed and are taking too many appointments that they can’t handle. i was waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment for someone to even get to me. and then when a lady started on my nails she completely rushed it and she really rushed and was super rough with the filing that multiple fingers of mine bled. my nails were glued wrong and filed wrong as they barely attempted to do the almond shape i requested. she also painted outside of my nail and didn’t clean up any of the powder nor paint.

I was seated at the pedicure table for over 15 minutes without them even turning on the water which is fine until one of the employees were being extremely rough on filing down my toenails and makeing it hurt and almost bleed. The rude customer service is something else though while they give subpar service to the people there they keep letting people making appointments when they are clearly understaffed. This makes this salon service extremely bad and do not recommend

It pains me to say this because I had been a loyal customer for years but after my last visit I will never return. Tammy who is really a lovely person cut me and the infection I got nearly caused me SEPSIS. 3 Antibiotics later I still haven’t had the courage to go anywhere else for a pedicure. I also would recommend they STOP using the heated towels which I suspect are full of bacteria. Never again!

Not as good as the last time but nails turned out nice. I just felt rushed and nothing was relaxing about getting my nails done today. I went with others and I started after them and was finished first. Just upsetting because last week it was awesome

My daughter got a full set of acrylic nails, one broke off in 2 weeks, we went in to get it fixed but they had no availability that entire day. We called Lily Nails down the street, they fit my daughter in right away and made an appointment for 2 weeks for a fill in. We have gone to Tammy nails for years, everyone is super nice, but availability is important!

I have been going to Tammy Nails for a number of years now. Personally I love it here because my tech Stacy listens when I have a nail issue to do my pedicure. She is personable and does her job well. Tammy runs a very well organized salon but of course had to close down for covid. However open now with all protocols in place. Time spent here is very relaxing. Give them a try.
