I was trying to be nice I didn’t want to be rude and thought I could fix up the nails a bit at home afterward but i really just can’t explain how bad and lumpy these nails were. Dips like crazy and just shaped horribly. The people there were SO nice I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but maybe some more training could be done…. I shouldn’t have had to even have paid for nails like these honestly… and they said nails like this is like 60+ dollars…. but like I said I’m not trying to be mean but it’s just so bad. Is there nothing that can be done about this? I went somewhere else the next day and fixed them immediately. I’ve been to the first location and it’s great! This location is good too. I just think if your gonna practice then don’t charge me full price or at all… if you don’t know how to do long stiletto then just tell me no sorry I don’t know how to do it. Then I can find someone who does. I just feel like I wasted my time and money.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I tried to just brush it off my shoulder and not let it bother me but not even a week later and my nails started to lift off and while in the shower one popped off on it’s own so it’s frustrating they didn’t even last a full week! The girl that did my nails was nice but she over did it on the acrylic and made them super thick. I believe that’s why they started to come off.I left unhappy with the way they looked but I didn’t wanna say anything because I felt bad since she was a nice girl. Trust the reviews, I thought I’d give it a shot but left disappointed like some of these other people leaving bad reviews 🙁

He was patient in ensuring I got what I liked and wanted regardless of my uncertainty in knowing what I wanted done with my nails. Gave me $5 off at the end of my service. Deserves all 5 stars

I was looking for a new salon and thought I would try this place. I’m very disappointed. The lady tried to pop off my old nails instead of soaking them. When she filed the sides of the nails she filed cuts into my actual fingers. My pinky nails are different lengths. And when I got home I realized one of the glued on nails is not even attached to my finger nail. I went in with a design and after many failed attempts, I decided I’ll just get a flower instead. But even the flower looks extremely childish. I just paid and left because I just wanted out of there.

The staff were as lovely as always and welcomed me back in the friendliest way. My pedicure was fabulous. Nails cut just how I like them, nice and short. They really listen to what you want rather than doing the treatment how they would like it. Immaculate nail polish with some pampering added in. I’d literally forgotten how good these guys are! I get my nails done every two weeks here and love it. It’s great value, very clean, and the services are great. They also have a ton of colours (almost too many!) and various brands. Though there are a lot of good people, I only go to Kevin. He’s a perfectionist and his manicures and pedicures last longer than I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, but at busy times, you definitely need to book in or the wait can be long

I treated my girlfriend and myself to a signature pedicure and we were both gobsmacked at how amazing the service was. Every single member of staff was so accommodating and just so lovely. They did a perfect job and we left the salon feeling like new people. We absolutely highly recommend this parlour to anyone wanting a truly wonderful experience with truly wonderful staff!

I had such a positive experience here. I got a manicure and pedicure and I am very happy with the result. The staff were lovely and the area was very clean. I wanted a design on my nails and they did exactly what I asked, it looked just like the picture I showed them. They were really meticulous to make sure I got what I wanted. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
