I’ve went to the one on Douglasville twice. And both times I was absolutely upset with service. The first time I went a lady took me from under the dryer and started drying my hair wet/damp. When I asked for a form of heat protectant she sprayed so much it weighed my hair down and it looks es so oily…. I came back for a second time in need being that I had a graduation coming up…. I didn’t even get to my hair getting washed. For the second time they brushed my hair while it was dry before washing it when that is not with my texture hair (mix of 3c&4a) she is brushing so hard not trying to be gentle so when I express that she’s hurting me she ignored me so I moved my head when it started hurting again. She proceeded to hand me the brush and told me to do it myself since I’m being a baby. I got up and walked out. This happened both times with the hair washing and being that I have been going to Dominican salons since I was young I do know there are other ways to wash hair other than brushing it out just for it to curl up again under the water and her have to brush it again for the rollers…. This one in douglasville is NOT for natural girls…. I wish I could give -5 stars

I’ve been frequenting this salon for the last 3yrs. My last 3 visits have been a terrible experience. I’m pretty sure the salon is under new management because customer service has gone out the window. I was told my hair is “too thick”. I was told to “sit still” while my hair was detangled without any product. Just terrible. Complete turn around from when I first found this salon.
