This lady is a hustler. Walk past this shop. I came in with a friend and somehow ended up paying Tami over $115.00. I initially agreed to her threading my eyebrows. She moved on to the lip and chin. Which I didn’t ask for. She also tinted my eyebrows. Which I also didn’t ask for. Of course she charged me for the services she did and that I didn’t ask for. She asked if I wanted lashes? I reluctantly agreed. I wish I hadn’t. The lashes looks horrible. I wanted a natural look instead I have a caterpillar on my eyes. I didn’t like them so , she took them off in hopes to make me happy with another set. They still look bad, but better than the first set. She promised they they would last a month, one came off last night. She also promised I would love them in the morning. I don’t. I’m taking this mess off. I can’t leave the house with lashes only in the middle of my eyelids. The lashes was supposed to be $45.00, she charged me $55.00. Total rip off. If I could give a negative star I would. Run past the shop don’t walk. RUN!!!

I came in on my birthday and asked her to do my lashes. She pushed for me to get brows too, but I refused as I usually do them at home. After the lashes were applied she put eyeliner on me and as I looked in the mirror, I was only semi pleased with the result and I thought some of the lashes were crooked. She told me I had 2 days after application to come back to her if anything went wrong. Well by the time I got home, I was missing a couple of lashes per eye. There was a noticeable gap between my lashes. And I realized that she’d dripped glue on my eyelids which was why she voluntarily put eyeliner on me to mask it. Again it was my birthday, so I decided to go back the following day. The next day she filled the missing lashes, and I wasn’t going to complain at first, but I returned once more the next day to ask her to either fix them or refund me because after simply going to bed and waking up, the lashes that were a little crooked now looked totally unpresentable, plus now I had the continuous feeling that something’s in my eye from the lashes. I should be able to sleep without them bending. I’ve never gotten individual lashes done that I couldn’t sleep in. She was very rude saying”I never get complaints about my work. Why didn’t you say anything yesterday”? I explained to her that she’s not perfect,and she may routinely do a good job,but with me she made a mistake. I feel that if she gave me two days to come to her for repairs, and I have to come back both days with issues, any person with good customer service would’ve found a remedy to the problem. She refused to fix them or refund me, so I asked her to remove them. She said she had a special oil to put on them, but I’d have to sit a while since the glue was so strong. I agreed to wait it out. She put the oil on my eyelids and as I sat, I realized by smell that her special oil was nothing more than baby oil. I left. I basically paid $40 plus a tip to look like I’m about to fly away. Ruined my appearance for my birthday. I’ve gotten my brows done by her before and she did a great job, but lashes aren’t her strength. Due to poor customer service I won’t be back for either.

Tami is one of the BEST young ladies in the brow threading shop. She knows how to Arch the eyebrows the correct way, also she takes her time while she threads your eyebrows individually step by step. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times, great personality, outgoing and just a awesome associate to be around.
