OMG it was so bad and Brittni kimball left the dye on my hair for 50 minutes even after i told her my hair holds on to dye easily then she shampoos me and i’m left to comb out my hair she gave me a hair dryer and just left. she spend maybe 15 minutes on me and wanted to charge me 90.00 i had my husband buy rubbing alcohol to remove the dye on my scalp and side of face
