They do amazing eyebrows but they truly don’t have enough people working there. You have to go at odd hours for you to be able to go in and go out. Most times it’s a 45 minute wait with 1 or 2 people working. They do great work but sometimes it’s way too long that it makes you not want to come back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAs a christmas gift to my niece my sister and I brought my niece to this place to get a henna tattoo(which was advertised on the website.) Once we showed and told the one of ladies what we were there for. It went south from there. One lady asked us if we had an appointment, which we did. She then asked us what would we type of design did we want. She then told us that she could not do any of the designs we chose. Okay, that’s fine. Then we asked her do you have any photos of designs that you can do(which was like five photos of the design ) So, we chose of her designs only for her to come and tells us that she did not have an henna. So, not only did you waste our time its false advertising stating that you do a service that you really do don’t do. it all start before we made the appointment One shop told us to call the other shop and that shop told us to the first shop and then we called the third shop for them to only waste our time. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES. Whenever I leave here I leave beyond happy. My eyebrows are always done perfectly. I have thinning on my right brow and she always seems to make it look and fuller.

She done it great job on my eyebrows but they’re only two things I didn’t like about this place was only one worker there and that’s ridiculous and also I had an appointment time at 2:00pm and I didn’t get seen there until 2: 20pm. Critical: Quality, Valuemy eyebrows look awful, uneven, tint dyed my skin, and my thick brows were thinned out to the point of being basically not there anymore. incredibly painful, because they thinned out my entire brow. i don’t even want to leave the house. brows are too spread apart, uneven and just look awful. worst $24 spentService: Eyebrow threading

The lady in the second chair has no idea what she is doing. It took months for my brows to grow back after she butchered them. Definitely learned my lesson not to go to these little cheap hole in the wall places. Eyebrow threading
