Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt’s been a year and I still remember this place because it’s the reason I only do my hair at home now.Don’t want to go through the whole story so I will only give highlights:Was 20 minutes late and didn’t call to let me know she arrived (waited outside in car).Double booked me.Complained about how thick/long my hair was even though I warned her over the phone and asked if it would be an extra charge. Over the phone she said no. By the end she said it would cost 30$ more.Had to be reminded to use heat protectant and still burned my hair.Had to be told not to use a tiny comb that was audibly breaking off hair.Was annoyed I kept telling her what to do with my hair.I left frustrated and annoyed with a half decent wash n press. But decided to let it go and put it all behind me. Until I noticed over the next couple of days that my hair smelled like boiled eggs. I washed it 3 times and the smell didn’t go away. Asked a friend to smell my hair and she said it smelled like hers after she got a relaxer. Never getting one myself I didn’t believe it. Two months later I do 2 strand twists and notice my roots look completely different from the shafts of my hair.
