TALENTED STYLEZ

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been getting services done by Crystal for over 5 years before there was a Talented Stylez. I live in Chicago and she does my hair, every other month I take that drive or she comes my way to do my sew- in’s. She also does my daughter’s lashes and there has never been a time she has done terrible or bad work. There has never been time she has not made sure me and my girls was good with her services.Crystal is very professional and I think it is a shame someone will get on here and try to discredit this young black woman. She does good work and she does refunds and she will accommodate her customers. I have been getting services done by Crystal for over 5 years before there was a Talented Stylez. I live in Chicago and she does my hair, every other month I take that drive or she comes my way to do my sew- in’s. She also does my daughter’s lashes and there has never been a time she has done terrible or bad work. There has never been time she has not made sure me and my girls was good with her services.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis place has no professionalism nor respect for peoples time and money. The service was pathetically done!! I paid to get my lashes done that took 3.5 hours, then once I left my lashes started falling out and shedding alot. I reached out to her she played me off like she wasn’t interested in correcting the lashes from all falling out as they did ultimately after 1 week. It took her one week to respond with an action after me expressing my dissatisfaction of my service received. She finally agreed to set an appointment, then when I call one hour before my appointment she expresses she no longer wishes to service me!! This is my first stop, then BBB, and filing a claim to get my whole refund and another $250 because I had to get someone to do them and thats what I’m being charged.This place has no professionalism nor respect for peoples time and money. I didn’t think I would find a place here in Dubuque that would be good but she came highly recommended. I admit, I was a little on edge about going, but my husband talked me into giving it a chance and I must say…it was great! I was in and out and on time to get my child from school. The service was great and the stylist made sure I was comfortable and had water to drink. The only downside is the flight of stairs i had to climb because of my lower back problems. I absolutely love my hair and lashes. I didn’t think I would find a place here in Dubuque that would be good but she came highly recommended. I admit, I was a little on edge about going, but my husband talked me into giving it a chance and I must say…it was great! I was in and out and on time to get my child from school.
