I got a blue French square acrylic set, not only did the lady not fully take off my polish so I can see red in the pale part the French acrylic all my nails are different shapes and sizes and they aren’t square they bubble out and the nail tech didn’t do multiple coats so I can see through the blue. Will not be coming back not worth 45 dollars

Today was my first time back at this salon, it’s been about five years since my last visit. The manager was nice and professional, as well as the tech Tina. However they need variety in gel nail polish colors, and to stay up to date on nail trends/techniques. I asked for jewels on my nails but they didn’t have any available. Also to note about their gel polish, it’s cheap so I needed about four coats on my toes. I’d advise anyone to bring own polish if you don’t want to worry about selection.

It was my first time there and I had an appointment for 4pm. When I walked in the owner or manager rudely told me I was late. I asked the time and she said 4:12. I was quite surprised by her behavior. 12 Minutes late and I’m being scolded? Then she tod me I had to wait 10 minutes. I waited in my car and went back in.

Two stars simply because it’s a nice spacious salon and if you get lucky enough to get one of the good nail techs, you might have a decent experience. I’ve been going to talent off and on for 6 months. My fault for letting it go on so long, I know. It was just so close and convenient to my house and like I said, I’d hang on to the hope I’d get a good tech. My last experience there was the final straw though. My daughter and I arrived an hour before closing. They told us it would be a 30 min wait and that we should come back another time. My daughter wanted her nails done then since she had off work, so we said we had no problem with a wait. I don’t think that’s what they wanted to hear. They seemed very annoyed and were extremely rushed in their work. The color gel my nail guy brought over was not the gray i asked for, but a beige . I didn’t notice until halfway through the first hand and since i still liked the color i didn’t want to make waves. Especially since they already seemed less than thrilled to be doing our nails. After my final coat of polish, I bumped my nail and messed the polish up. I thought the guy was going to fix it, but no. He clear coated right over it trying to smooth over it. It looked somewhat better but was still noticeable. Polish all on my cuticles. Big chunks of the gel polish left my nails lumpy and bumpy. For a second I wondered if this man had trouble seeing. After a day the chunks of polish started coming off the nail , leaving spots with no polish at all. My daughter had a gel manicure as well. Her nails all fell completely off after 3 days . Very disappointing. Won’t be back. Consistantly mediocre to poor service.
