Mrs. Deborah was referred to me as certified kinkylocs consultant after my initial install back in June. She was very professional from booking my appointment, asking for photos before arrival, and follow-up with details about my service. I arrived to warm environment that was comfortable she even offered me a cup of coffee as it was a early morning appt. She went above and beyond with explaining what she was doing, also showing me photos as the was doing my retie. I started out doing a two strand twist. I needed someone to combine the two strand twist. I looked all over and couldn’t find anyone that knew how to make the two strand twist loc. Came to takin to the next level and got hooked up. The owner knew actually what I needed to do. I’m happy to continue my loc Journey at this shop.
