Someone told me I had to try the “life changing” facials at Take Care, and WOW. There is nothing to compare to the facial I received from Sadie! Everyone should experience this shamanic celebration of yourself. It was just as effective as any bodywork or energy healing I’ve had done, with the added MEGA bonus of leaving my skin looking younger, lifted, smoother, glowing – seriously my skin has never looked better after a facial! I guess I never understood what “glowy” skin actually meant until now. And with the schools she’s attended and taught at, Sadie is incredibly knowledgeable on matters of the body, anatomy, mind, holistic health, spirituality, etc., and she seemed to be able to offer limitless advice on anything I brought up. These are basically energy healing facials. She gently checked in with how I was feeling, and we worked together to tailor the experience to my needs (like she put on gloves and worked INSIDE my mouth to loosen my tight jaw, which felt INCREDIBLE!) The microcurrent tool felt suprisingly good, and I melted into the treatment. Sadie has serious guru transmission vibes in the gentlest most grounded way. Two days later, I’m still feeling the effects in my nervous system. Also, the space itself is like stepping onto an alter.
