Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityConsistently cancels appointments without notice. 2nd time out last 3 appointments my appointment was canceled without any warning or reason. I arrived to my appointment just to sit and wait for my barber to not show up. After vocalizing my frustration with someone who appeared to be another barber i went to go sit in my car hoping my barber was just running a little bit late…this slob of a man who could barely walk comes out swinging the door like he wanted to throw hands ..after i stared him down it was very apparent he wanted nothing but to try and look tough for who ever was in the shop. He wanted no smoke. Consistently cancels appointments without notice. 2nd time out last 3 appointments my appointment was canceled without any warning or reason. I arrived to my appointment just to sit and wait for my barber to not show up.
