Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am absolutely MORTIFIED with the service that Lindsey provided. Her professionalism is below substandard, a reject hairstylist could of done a better job. It looks as if someone dipped my hair in hair dye rather than doing a balayage like I had asked her to do. The color is way more vibrant than the pictures I showed her. When asked what to do to fix this she proceeds with an attitude, threatens us, and calls my mother names. Very unprofessional job. I am disgusted with her service and overall the way she handled the situation. I 100% do not recommend this woman to EVER do your hair. The ladies here are so nice. Britta does my hair and my granddaughters hair and we’ve had nothing but compliments on the cuts and colors each time. I have watched her do others hair, men ,women and children and they always look good and the clients always say they like it and seem happy. I understand there have been personal attacks recently and it’s sad and unnecessary. Just because you’re hiding behind your phone or computer screen does not mean you can’t be held accountable for your words. This is a business with professional people trying to make it like the rest of us. I’m sure if you have a legitimate complaint they will take care of you. Be kind and choose your words wisely. Can’t wait for Britta to do my hair again and see these nice ladies

I had an appointment for 11am and at 1230pm I was still waiting to get my hair done… As I walked in, I was told they were running 30min behind, which is fine. Unfortunately 1.5h later I was still there waiting. I wish I was told that it’ll be 2 hours til they get to me. I would have rearranged few things, got some things done and came back. Unfortunately since I wasted half the day and still had a lot to do, I just left. Didn’t get my hair done for the trip. Didn’t get a chance to make an appointment anywhere else…

Overcharge, under deliver. Be careful. My color was horrible, the haue stylist knew it and asked me to come back so she can fix it? Than charged me 160.00 for obe messed up color and a bad haircut. My friend went the next day and cut her head shaved in the back for no reason. She complained to management and was told I stand by my stylist to bad for you. How do you run a business mot providing customer service. I’m sure some people have had good experiences but its how you treat the bad ones…you should be a little sympathetic when it comes to people spending alot of money to feel beautiful and they trusted you.
