I tried to get an appointment some time ago at this salon.If this went to -10 I would have selected that. In this day and age where hair stylists are a dime a dozen, you would think establishments like this would be professional. I didn’t even get to set foot in the shop. I called this place on a whim because it was listed on Style seat. Big mistake. A guy answered the phone and was very unprofessional and rude. I’m not looking for someone to kiss my behind, but it’s common professional knowledge to be courteous. Thanks to the rude receptionist for helping me dodge that bullet.
