I am proud of Taylor for immediately firing Chelsea Lewis after what she did to my hair. You did so many folks an important service. She now has a formal complaint filed against her with the Tennessee Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners, and they are in the process of making a decision to remove her license permanently. Although my experience with Chelsea was an absolute nightmare, you handled the situation with maturity and professionalism and I appreciate your prompt attention to the matter.
