The service itself wasn’t bad, actually massage was maybe an 8/10. When It came to payment time I was originally quoted $62 per person if given cash and $72 if paying by card. I was strongly encouraged to pay cash (which I thought was strange). When payment time came one of the lady’s whom serviced my guest was argumentative regarding her tip as if it wasn’t enough. “Really? Only $13” are her exact words. To deescalate the situation I proceeded to give her a larger amount and it was then, when she was happy. And for this reason alone I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend this place to my patients. Do better!

Great massage but manager is not honest when call ahead for appt with cost. She said cost is $65 cash for 60 min. Another $4 if paid with credit card. What she doesn’t tell you is their is a mandatory $10 tip. Therefore massage is $75 cash.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityToday was my last time at this place. The service, from the owners/main managers is terrible now. I booked an appointment with a female massage person, but that was changed. The ‘cards’ for a free massage had been okayed by the lady manager the last time I was there, a few weeks ago. I handed to her before the massage and then proceeded to get very mediocre and not enjoyable at all massage from this young guy. When I informed the other lady at the counter I had already paid she argued and played the “I don’t’ speak English card”. I told her to go get the were no good! She told me in person they were AND I informed her when I called for the appointment with a female massage person. I used to walk out having had a great massage AND I tipped well for the service. I was gifted for my birthday my very first Massage. This place was wonderful. The staff were so kind and made you feel relaxed. I had the Swedish Hot Stone Massage, it and the massage therapist were worth every single penny. I will be returning for another massage and will not go elsewhere.

Love, love, love these folks!!! I’ve been going there for a couple of years, since the current owners took over. I usually get a 60-minute foot reflexology treatment and it is a highlight of my month. It begins with a head and shoulder massage while your feet soak in warm water. You are sitting in a very comfortable contoured reclining chair with a light blanket over you while soft music plays in a private area with low lighting. The therapist then reclines you further, places a pillow under your neck, covers your eyes with a soft cloth to help you relax, places your feet on a towel on a large ottoman and begins the foot and lower leg massage. When that is complete, they have you roll over and do a mini-massage of the back of your body.

Made an appointment one week in advance for my husband daughter and me. The day came and we arrived 10 minutes early. Aaron the owner a man wanted to give my daughter the massage. We said our daughter would not be comfortable using Aaron the owner and a man was never discussed to give any of us a massage. Aaron gives massages only when need be. So they substituted the receptionist who gave a lousy massage for our daughter. Then Aaron the husband went in my husbands room to give him a massage after a woman brought him in the room thinking that was his masseuse. Husband also did not want Aaron having him one other time before not good. Now we are all three upset. I waited 15 minutes for a third masseuse. This is not the first time this is happened and all you get is I’m sorry I made a mistake from the receptionist. I had paid for these three massages before we went in and of course the owners did nothing to relieve the stressful situation. They have become very greedy and customer service has suffered. They started out great. This was their third mistake that they admit to but the customer pays for terrible customer service. Enough No compensation just sorry

Best massage I’ve ever had! Finally a place where they are not afraid of putting some pressure when massaging. I had the 60 min foot reflexology but got a full body massage as well with it, such a pleasant surprise and a much needed one! Definitely coming back
