Kukui Scalp “Treat”ment
Ku Kui Nut oil is massaged into the scalp and dry ends of your hair. The Ku Kui nut is indigenous to Hawaii. It contains essential fatty acids, vitamins and anti oxidants to help with dryness. If you prefer you may also upgrade to this oil for your massage instead of the standard oil used.		$15.00
Full Body Scrub
A scrub is vigorously applied to remove dead skin, move lymph fluid and bring blood flow. The whole body is scrubbed and then wiped clean with a blissfully warm towel before the massage starts. Your so soft after!! **recommended for 75-90 minute sessions only		$15.00
Foot scrub
Soothe your sore feet with a tree tea infused salt scrub to exfoliate dead skin and callouses. Your feet are then wiped clean with warm towels, followed by a cooling cream to revitalize you.		$10.00
Raindrop Therapy
A series of essential oils are applied on the spine, temples, occipital ridge, and “soul” of the feet to ground and revitalize you! Oils can be customized to your needs.		$10.00
Stones
Add 6 hot stones to your back massage, or cold stones to your face		$5.00
Custom
Custom massage includes Swedish, therapeutic or deep tissue. Is $60-one hour and $90 for an hour and a half. Includes one essential Oil application of your choice.		$60.00
Prenatal Massage
For all my mamas out there, treat yourself to a wonderful massage! Extensively trained in side-lying pregnancy massage, I will take wonderful care of you. You are placed in fetal position with comfortable pillows to prop you up. While pregnant there are many things that are not allowed such as deep tissue, certain oils, ect. However, I know all the contraindications and have been massaging pregnant women for 6 years. Prenatal massage can not be offered to anyone that is not past their first trimester, no exceptions. This massage is only offered for 60 minutes since you do not want to overwhelm the baby.		$60.00
Sports Massage
Great for athletes (or for guests recovering from injuries/surgeries), Sports Massage helps with mobility and recovery. Therapeutic to deep tissue is paired with stretching. This can be a relaxing session or can be geared to target specific problem areas. $60 for one hour or $90 for $90 minutes.		$60.00
Hot Stone
Melt your muscles with the soothing heat of river stones. Hot stones warm your lymphatic fluid faster as well as your muscles to put you into a deep state of bliss and relaxation. Price is $70 for one hour and $100 for a 90 minute session. Includes one essential oil application of your choice.		$70.00
Lomi-Lomi
Traditional Hawaiian massage with long flowing strokes puts you into a trance like state. Long, smooth, cross pattern motions puts you into a deep relaxing slumber. KuKui nut oil, indigenous to Hawaii, is used for the most authentic experience you can get while not being on the island. *Lomi Lomi is not for pointed work but simply relaxation. $80 for one hour or $100 for 90 Minutes		$80.00
Craniosacral
Great for healing the soul, Craniosacral therapy is meant to ground the guest who is experiencing flight or fight symptoms, anxiety or past trauma. An occipital and sacral hold are administered while space is cleared and held so you can release. Essential oils for grounding and the heart chakra can be used along with hot stone placements along the meridians (energy points) throughout the session. I combine Craniosacral therapy with ancient Chinese medicine and aromatherapy to get you into a deeper state of relaxation sooner so more healing can be done in the time allotted. *This session is more of a treatment rather than a massage but can be paired with a 30 minute massage session. This session may have profound healing so it is advised that your schedule be cleared for the rest of the day* Price is for 90 minute session.		$100.00
Trigger Point
Trigger point therapy is pointed work on the “hot spots” of your muscles. By working and holding each point for 1-2 minutes, the muscle loosens and relaxes. Each point often times has a “referral”, to which it may cause shooting pains or uncomfortable feelings to a different part of the body. By working on your trigger points in your problem areas, it allows your muscles to relax faster and a deeper massage work to take place. $45 is for 30 minutes of trigger point and is highly advised to be paired with a massage after. It is great for athletes and body builders to loosen problem areas (pecs, neck, scap) to be able to achieve a higher lift.		$45.00
Hangover Heaven
This “treat”ment is the perfect thing for your hangover, headache or migraine. 30 minutes of shoulder, neck and face massage with a lovely Kukui hair oil application (optional) is administered. Paired with cold stones and a peppermint essential oil, you will be in heaven after.		$45.00
Tahoe Time Out
Choose something out of the ordinary for your spouse or for yourself! A full body scrub is applied in vigorous motions going towards the heart. This motion helps move the lymphatic system. Then, a mask (generally a mud or a clay) is administered before wrapping up in a mylar sheet and blanket. While you lay there, the Mylar heats your body and your pores open up to accept the product. Your neck, face and feet are then worked on. Warm towels clean the product off of you and we finish off with a rich cream application. You leave feeling silky smooth and relaxed like never before. Price and availability may vary depending on product. Please advise me on any allergies you have before booking.		$140.00
Lymphatic Massage is crucial for after getting out of surgery. Please call me for more information
$90 for one hour or $120 for 90 minutes. Lymphatic Massage organizes to draining the lymph fluid and pushing it through your system. Unlike your cardiovascular system, your lymphatic system has no pump to push the fluid through. Often times this results in stagnation. Stagnation, especially after surgery, can lead to massive issues such as swelling, bruising, ECT. This massage is designed to help reduce those issues. This massage is extremely light, and does not organize to the muscles.		$90.00

I have been looking for a good massage therapist for several years without success. But then I found Krisstal! I went to her for upper back and neck issues with horrible headaches. She really worked out my issues without making me sore the next day. And BONUS! she did just a little on my low back and stretched my legs and when I bent over to pick up dog food bowls it was amazing! No little old lady moans and groans. Bliss! She really has a wonderful touch. I’m so glad I found her!
