Didn’t do what was asked for my lady’s hair, instead of a bleaching color correction she foiled parts of it and bleached sections which looked horrible, then instead of bleaching the remainder and fixing it, she put brown hair dye in which made it look worse. The haircut itself was nice and she liked that, but that was it.
