Krista Nixon is the best all around hands down. I have tried many places around the area and I’ve been very happy with my boy’s hair. She cuts all 3 of my boy’s hair and my husband’s. We have a very demanding schedule and she always works with us to get them in for their appointments. She makes it so easy on me to shuffle the boys school and sports schedules and not have to worry about scheduling hair appointments, because she has them on rotation that sends me a text notification a few days before the appointments to confirm or reschedule. Krista takes her time with each of her clients and the atmosphere is relaxing. If your looking for the best barber in the area – then Krista is your must go to Barber! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

Tactical Grooming (Krista – proprietor) is a young business who takes great pride in delivering excellence in a number of grooming services. As the name implies, the establishment caters to former military personnel but is welcoming to all. Krista provides both enjoyable conversation and a great haircut making you look forward to your regular visits. I could go on but bottom line is a high recommendation. I strongly recommend you give her a try before her bookings fill up. Best to schedule on line. You will not be disappointed.

In terms of technical skill and end-result, this is tied for the best haircut I’ve ever had. If you factor in the whole experience, I would put it as the best haircut I’ve ever had. It’s one of those haircuts where you keep running a finger or two along the back of your hairline. Melody was awesome. I told her this incredibly grotesque Grizzly Bear story and even though I knew she was almost certainly weirded-out by the abrupt, dark turn in conversation, she played it off like it was a good thing to know. I will be a return customer and will be bringing my son and dad with me.
