Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was able to have a hair style after exiting the military. I called to make an appointment and the customer service was great, I even received two text messages one to inform me of the appointment the second to remind me 24 hrs in advance of the appointment. (This I love). My stylist was Andrea and we discussed lifestyle and hair options, both the positive and negative of the two styles I picked. During the whole process she gave me lots of tips and explained how to style in different ways. She showed examples and explained why not to do things in the wrong manner. She was so helpful to someone who has been keeping their hair contained for over 20 years. The style came out beautiful and easy to mange. She use product and explained the benefits of them, but never pushed me to purchase anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist or experience.
