Regardless of the bad reviews, I have to say that Ta Ta did a wonderful job on my hair as well as this young woman who came in around the same time I did. I have been searching for someone to do a blowout on my hair without the burnt smell and someone to straighten my hair to make it shiny and beautiful. She is the ONLY one who made that happen for me and I am EXTREMELY impressed with the care she took with my hair. She is a wonderful lady and I will go back. I highly recommend her seevices!! She did an awesome job!!

I walked in with no appointment for a protective style (my stylist was out of town) and was seated IMMEDIATELY. They was quite busy but fit me in No long waiting, plus they have snacks. overall was a great experience at good rates, will definitely go again..

I should have walked out the door when I had to wait 11 minutes shy of an hour later than my appointment, but I classes were starting the next day and I really wanted my hair straightened. Gladys was who my appointment was with and everything was fine during the shampoo and condition phase. She used the highest heat possible on my hair and never once used any heat protecting products. I stupidly sat there and didn’t say anything because it didn’t cross my mind until after we were half way through the process. Two weeks later when I shampooed my own hair, I realized that I had severe heat damage throughout the middle of my whole head. I had to cut 5 or more inches of my gorgeous natural hair. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR.

Called ahead to get pricing on getting my hair dyed and it went from $10-$35…Because they had to lightening and washed it out…But when I got there and they figured they needed to do extra they should’ve told me before they put anything in my hair…very unprofessional.And I was asked did I like it I replied no and still got charged that much? Seemed kinda weird after I got charged the first $20 the lady said I wasn’t charged for the shampoo/conditioner so another $15 was added….VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
