This place is absolute trash. First off gel is an additional $40.00 & when I asked for a balance both techs tried to tell me that I needed a new set because I wanted ombre POLISH. Okay; cool but then when I asked for 2 coffin nails and the rest stiletto I was told they couldn’t do the shape that I had to wait for the younger tech. After 30 minutes of back and forth I settled on a style. It took less than 40 minutes & the polish doesn’t reach the bottom of the nails, there were MANY bubbles and the shape & size was still not correct. I would never recommend this place to anyone. After 2 weeks my ring finger nail broke. My friend got a simple french tip and there was bubbles in hers as well.

$70 for some ugly nails. Shaped wrong, crooked and they definitely did not understand the assignment. They ruined a simple design. I still paid but shouldn’t have because now I have to go get them redone somewhere else. I’ve never had such ugly nails before. Looks like a 5 year old painted them!!!!

I have mixed emotions. They did a great job on my nails and the people and place are nice. But when I went to the counter they charged me 85 for a full set. I was like whoa since I’ve ever paid more than 65 with tip. Of course I still gave a tip and paid 95. They have no price list hanging. They don’t tell you automatically that something is extra. They just suggest things and if you say sure they don’t tell you it’s extra. They said the pink acrylic is 60 I’m like okay so where is the 25 coming from? I had no idea they charge you for each individual thing. They charged me for the shape of my nail which should be a given because they always shape your nail. Then they charged me to paint the tips white. Yeah even tho I like the place I’ll never go back to pay 85 for a full set for only 2 weeks. I thought u was paying for a full set AND pedi. And it’s not just me. Several people I saw walk up to the counter were quite surprised about the final cost. Looks like we are not paying for the product we are paying for the location in Bexley which is literally right next to the nasty part of the east side

Lee did my hands and Mai(I’m sorry if I misspelled your name) did my toes. I love everything. I got acrylic on my right big toe because it hates me and she did a great job. I showed Lee a picture of what I wanted and he did amazing. Thank you guys so much!

Came in for a manicure just now. Was taken back and while I was looking for a color after she told me she was getting ready to start me. Someone else walks in and she is claiming that she forgot they all three had an appointment and thought I was with them when I clearly told them I didn’t want a pedicure nor was I around that group. There was already 2 people over at that area there didn’t need to be a third. Some other people have places to be too especially when she said I was about to be started.

Service was good. Loved my nails after they were completed! Little miscommunication on color but corrected easily. I’m not so impressed with my waxing of eyebrows though could be shaped more.

It was super clean and everyone was very friendly however I received coffin shaped acrylics and well they were done very sloppy. Won’t return simply because the shape was off and the lengths inconsistent but if you are getting a standard shape or a Mani pedi then I think this was a Better place for you.
