Unfortunately service had just gone down. Used them for years and lately the verbal interactions have become so disrespectful as well as the quality of the work. There was a time I could go a whole month without getting a fill. Today I came in after a week of getting a set with a nail cracked in half only needed one nail fixed and was told by the owner “I don’t care what you need done” post waiting 35 minutes patiently and just wanted to know how much longer or if I needed to come back in another time.

Ann is my technician she is great..Alicia does great pedicures along with a younger Spanish girl that works there however the husband can come off rude as is a few of the other ones & debate with you when you want them to correct something. Critical: QualityAsked for a French dip manicure…the owner gave me a couple of pinks to choose from. I picked one. The final product is cloudy and looks like it has bubbles in it. Her and husband yelled at me for picking that color saying that they don’t make the colors. Her and husband yelled at me for picking that color saying that they don’t make the colors. Manicure was rushed while the tech enjoyed is his TV show..LOL, so of course tech nipped me. Typical nail salon near the hood. Tech tried to be funny when asked why the Manicure is $15, after waiting almost two hours for service that was worth $2 (he asked if I thought the service was $2 jokingly..which I didn’t find funny).

Ok to be fair, I think we know that all the new and upcoming artists are trying all these new things shapes designs powders inventing their own etc. These og nail shops really do og work lol and remember they get older too. This place is exactly that og nail shop with ppl who’ve been here forever. They do what they know and have been for years yes some update their techniques and learn some stuff but most of these nail shops just do the basic. Back then the basic was enough. Owners wise they are the best, I love the male owner he is hilarious and says it real. Cindy hands down the best pedicurista there. Period! She is the best! Overall I’ve gotten my nails done here hands and feet, hands wasnt my style and I removed them but kept coming back for the pedi. Cindy is a gem. The owners are a gem. This place is good enough so don’t go to these nail shops thinking what you see on Instagram is what you get. Keep that in mind. Cleanliness, friendly, efficient I give it a 5. Thanks for reading. With the way they apply their technique and with the length of time that the nail and color remains in place . Because of the type of nail polish that they use and offer what you get is very very long-lasting. They still do offer the value polish that comes with the set but it just might not last as long but it’s still very pretty. There’s different people working at the site so you have to get a feel for who’s going to be your attendee for the visit and then if you’re happy with them you know you can continue to request them or you know you can try everybody because everybody is good there.
