Tammy is far and above one of the best massage therapists in North Seattle. She uses natural oils, so I know that my skin is being nourished, with a touch of essential oil. Her pressure is perfect, and she’s strong enough for a firmer, deep tissue experience (which I need!) She is also skilled at stretching the limbs to help them regain range of motion. I like that she gives a bit of attention to the skull and face. All in all you could not ask for a better massage. She is well priced and I continue to go back to her regularly!

I did not feel comfortable here at all, and walked out before the appointment even started. Therapist was late, and rude. Responding to the therapist comments below, she completely lied about me not wearing a mask. I followed all protocols. I called her four times with no answer she finally called back 12 minutes after start of appointment time.—we all have schedules. Then admitted she was on the phone, and didn’t bother to check message which I left as instructed before the appointment time. Honestly surprised to see such blatant lies, when there are witnesses and I have my phone log. Possible deformation of character suit by me to her, based on any acquired video and my phone log. Surely there is a security video for this business which will dispute all her claims. Stupid to lie when there’s proof against what you make up. Big mistake.

Got a Groupon for this place for my wife and I am sad to say I deeply regret it. My wife deals with so much stress as a mother of two (2 and younger), has scoliosis, and lots of muscle pains. I really wanted this to be what she needed: a nice 90 minute relaxing massage all to herself. She called and scheduled an appointment several weeks ago, talked to a younger person, and scheduled it for today, Monday, at 10. She walks in to an atmosphere that, I’ll say frankly from her account, sounded unprofessional and unorganized. She tells them she’s there for her 10 o’ clock, and they have no record of her for that time. A very gracious lady who was waiting to take a 30minute massage gave up her block to let my wife go in stead. My wife said the massage was, indeed, really nice and the lady who provided the service was really sweet, but I was even more disappointed when I discovered that she got probably a 60 minute to 70 minute massage, when we paid for a full 90 minute massage. If this was for myself, I probably would let it go and just move on, but knowing how hard my wife works for our family and wanting to get something really nice for her, and then have her walk into this kind of treatment is really disappointing to me and I kind of feel let down. I’m sorry to give such a bad review, but I really wanted quality treatment for my wife, and so for that, I guess I’m actually not sorry. Anywho, that’s my take on this place, so take it for what it’s worth. Cheers.

The worst. Was drinking iced coffee DURING the massage. I saw the Mcdonalds coffee cup. I booked two sessions, one for me and one for a friend the next day. After I got my horrible experience, I cancelled my friends and asked Groupon for a refund. Even reading her reply below you can tell she’s a vindictive, unapologetic person with no sense for how to run a business. This is the review I wish someone would have written so I could have avoided wasted money& time.

The lady was late. I had a 3pm appointment and she walked in at 3:10. Then she started to prepare her room. She proceeded to tell me to fill out a 3 page form which would have taken me at least 10-15 min. I simply asked her if we could get started since I had to wait for her to get there and she clearly was not ready and did not have the room prepared. Well what happened next is scary. She got hostle with me??? She could clearly care less. She said “It’s the law so do it”. “And if you don’t I don’t care, I will leave”. I was stunned!!! I asked her if this is the way she treated her customers. The people who pay you to receive a service. I said if you were not able to make it on time you could have e mailed me as a courtesy. “No I couldn’t “. Then I asked her if there was someone else I could reschedule with. Then she just screamed at me” NO, I’M THE OWNER”. AND YOU CAN LEAVE NOW “!!! Well I have fibromyalgia and herniated discs so I asked her how I was supposed to let her touch my body with her hostle attitude. And she grabbed her purse and said “WERE DONE”! So no. That lady has some problems of some kind. But I have been in business for years and treatment of a customer like that is not ok. Especially since she knew about this appointment for two weeks. There are plenty of places to go. Don’t waste your time. Nice relaxing birthday massage. And no, I can’t stay late because you can’t get here in time. I had a dinner to go to. Very upset by the way!

Other than it’s really hard to reach them via phone for questions or concerns, and it can take some time to get return call. It’s soo worth the wait! I’ve bought Groupons as gifts a number of times and everyone loved their experience.
