If it’s busy, sometimes still have to wait up to 10 minutes for my appointment, but that’s salon life and I never go to ANY salon severely pressed for time.My powder dip lasts 3 weeks always & gel pedicure hangs on for 6 weeks. The only thing I would like is if they would offer a shoulder rub with the pedicure or offer longer leg massage. I’ve gone here twice now and both times have been extremely disappointing. The nails need no explanation. The french tips on my toes are all different sizes and different shapes, I asked the lady to fix them multiple times and all she did was file my toes to make the white look straight. It didn’t work and now my actually nails are crooked. Literally go anywhere else.

Great place for nails but worst place for waxing one of the ladies is very nice but the other one the younger one omg rude and has no clue how to do eyebrows she messed up mine I explained how I wanted and she didn’t listen now my eyebrows are uneven and she had the courage to charge me for messed up my eyebrows and then she start speaking in other language withe other ladies looking at me and laughs so disrespectful

Hanna is great and does a wonderful pedicure. I only have one criticism that may prevent me from going back and that is, customers on their cell phones. I wanted to go in and have a relaxing and quiet experience. Instead, this customer (woman) had her phone on speaker and continued to talk loudly with the person on the other line. Really low class. Why do you think I want to hear all about your life? $40 is what I spent to have a really miserable experience. Probably not worth it to me to go back.

Deserves a 0 Star, not even a one star.I made an appointment for 3 people (mani & pedi each). They told me to come in 2.5 hours and I agreed since we wanted to all go together.We get there, we wait 30 minutes before they seat us at chair, and soak for 10 minutes before they start working on my mom and friend. Another customer walks in and requests for a wax and the nail lady takes off her gloves, leaves my mom, and helps the other customer with no word.When we brought it to her attention how rude that was, all she said was that it was fast and didn’t take long. She didn’t apologize or even recognize how wrong that was. She could have asked and left that up to us decide.I had been a loyal customer for 3 years, NEVER going back. Go to Q Beauty instead.
