I needed to get a gel refill but the place I used to go to was always busy so I decided to try this place today and I have to say it was the best decision ever! Michael was the person who did my nails and I LOVE THEM! His attention to detail was great and did exactly what I had requested. Even the color changing nail polish I selected was exactly the color that I was hoping for (because sometimes they look one color on the cover and another in your hands) They have definitely gained a new customer! I will be coming back

Place is ok. Sanitization practices could be better, all of the tools are reused and the cuticle oil they use is a brush so it touches EVERYONE’S nails. Pedicures are amazing here in my opinion, Tracy, I believe her name is did an amazing job and I will continue to go there for pedis. The NAILS though…been there twice and BOTH times they cut me pretty badly with their nail file because the DUG it beside my nail excessively hard, slicing me right where my nail sits which is extremely uncomfortable for days afterwards. I asked for square nails with a black tip. They are sooo rounded and not nearly square enough. Plus they are uneven and she used a bizarre technique which left the polish looking streaky. Price was good, I definitely wouldn’t pay more.

I’ve been there a few times and had great experiences. This last time I felt like I was taken advantage of and overcharged. I made an appointment for a full set. I noticed the nail tech was doing gel polish when she had me put my hands under the light. I should have said something here, but I didn’t. Just said whatever if she charges me for gel polish I’ll just pay the extra. Their sign says $35 and up for full set and (I believe) $45 and up for gel. One basic color, nothing special, no design, nothing to remove, etc and I was charged $53… when I said “$53??” Her response was “yup”. I should have asked for more clarification but in this day if you question anything you’re a “Karen”. Even annoyed I tipped her. No “thank you”. I said “have a good day” no response.

Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived at my appointment on time (actually 10 mins early) and the woman seemed annoyed to take me. Then 15 mins later her supposedly appointment showed up and she kicked me out of her chair to attend to her client because clearly i’m not good enough of a client. She was rude the whole time during the whole interaction. I’ve never been treated so rudely at a nail salon. The next lady that came up took the nail colors out of my hand and didn’t let me finish explaining what I wanted. Showed her a picture and she passed it along to everyone one else but no answer if she could do it.
