I returned and the owner was super sweet and redid the gel nails the right way at no charge. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe Nails themselves were not bad but they had many employees but only ONE bouncing back and forth between doing my nails and another’s. No washing in between,nothing. They also made me sit right next to someone with no mask even tho we’re many empty tables. This person was very much in my personal space and I was so uncomfortable. The price was way more than expected. I paid over 70 for a fill in some how. I could of just got them redone for the same price. It’s a skinny french so there is almost NO polish so not sure how it was 80 bucks. Just a bad experience start to finish. I called and asked if was busy they said no but when I show up 5 min later I still waited over an hour to start. The gel also was not done all the way to my cuticles. It looked grown out like 2 weeks worth the day I got it done. Just not happy with any of this experience. Won’t be returning. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails look terrible, thick, and uneven. I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and spend even more money. The nail tech hit my skin with the drill multiple times because he was looking around talking to other people and arguing with another customer about her service.
