When i first went, I was helped by Thanh/Jimmy who was EXCELLENT. Did great work. I was very happy with the work. I was so happy i made an appointment for the next month with him. I made the appointment for too far away and my nails were in a poor stare, to start. I went in and said i had an appointment with Thanh. The one woman said she would help me. I was fine with that as i expected the level of service to be the same. First mistake was that she ground off the old dip with the roughest drill tip. Dip needs to be removed by soaking or there is risk of over filing the nail bed. On my left hand she opened the skin on my finger—second mistake. After most of the dip was gone her third mistake was expecting me to put my wounded finger in acid to dissolve the remaining dip. I said i wouldn’t and she told me to leave that finger out and never properly removed the rest of the dip on the wounded finger—fourth mistake. She didn’t use the chisel finishing dip for shaping that was even sitting on her station. She shaped the color layers—badly. As you can see by the remaining lump on my index finger. I paid. I did tip. But I’m not returning. The person I’d made the appointment with couldn’t be bothered. When i came to read reviews what i saw is that the woman clearly doesn’t want to work in the salon anymore. She has injured, scraped, and ruined so many manis and pedis, i can only assume she hates working there and hopes that when she drives off enough customers, her husband will let her stop working. Honestly, she’s a hair’s breadth away from having a lawsuit or health inspector shut them down. Cut your liabilities.

The wonderful lady that did mine was very personable and sweet. My nails look stunning! The gentleman that did my daughter’s was very kind and fixed her nails when she messed up the polish. I would definitely recommend going here! Gel manicures

I asked for the picture of the nails by the pool but they gave me something completely different. The guy that was doing my nails today even tell me his name. He didn’t like the color picked out so he made me pick out new colors. And made my nails completely different lengths.it was very unsanitary I could see dust everywhere. It looked like the tables hadn’t been washed off in days. It was just a horrible experience I do not recommend going there.

First when I got my nails done they cut my skin on 2 fingers. The nails are poorly placed. Tip of them aren’t even connected to my real nail. Literally broke 2 of them ON FOAM square at get air. Didn’t even hurt. That’s how you know it’s not properly on there. Tried to take the rest of the broken nail off and it literally just peeled off. Extremely disappointed

For those crying about not getting what they asked for, you have a voice use it . I’ve never had issues, they get you in and out and are incredibly nice. Decently priced, quality work, tries to give you want you want and if they can’t they relay that to you! Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures

I got the first pedicure I’ve had in years today. I came in and maybe waited a minute or two before being brought back. With how high quality the massage, polish job, and over all experience was I expected to pay about $40 (seems to be the average). Only $28, for one of the best pedicure expiriences I’ve ever had!
