So far TNT nail spy is one of the best salons that I have visited in Bullhead city since I have arrived two years ago. I have long nails that I maintain acrylic with gel I like designs . I am a retired cosmetologist so I guess I must be a little picky along with having knowledge of the nail care process.

Went for a pedicure on july 30th at 9am after people raved about this place. The first two minutes the woman CUT TWO of my toes open so bad! Way more than just a cuticle scrape. I bled and bled while the woman kept rubbing it causing me more discomfort. I should have ran then! I have never cried during a pedicure! So embarrassing as the other employees saw and knew what she had done didnt say a word! She did keep apologizing but the whole service was highly uncomfortable. The woman made such uncomfortable remarks…. almost blaming me for bleeding?!?!?! all around awful time. It is 24 hours later and my toes are clearly infected from her cutting me! I am heading to the doctor tommorw as today is sunday for antibiotics and reporting this place to state board. Horrible!!! Worst half done polish and an infection on top of horrible service. I cannot justify stepping foot in this place ever ever again. Please do not let them touch your feet ever! I have never bled during a pedicure! Nor got an infection after a pedicure!
