I was in Tahoe for a wedding and came to T&T Nails for a gel manicure. I was mostly happy with the initial results (see picture) but my thumb nail chipped after only a few days (see other picture). I was very surprised because I was told there would be no chipping for 2-3 weeks. I contacted T&T Nails to ask them for help and they offered to fix it for me in the shop but I had already left Tahoe by then. I asked them for a partial refund so I could go fix it in another salon but they refused. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t help me since I paid $48 for the manicure and now I will have to pay more to get it fixed.

Kevin. Kevin. Kevin. I’ve been traveling around and getting my nails and pedicures done all over the place. Am in Truckee now and had been to T&T once before so requested Kevin again. My goodness, he is the most gentle, lovely guy. He takes his time and for the second time, now did a beautiful job. I think I need to plan my trips to make sure I land in Truckee every three weeks.

I walked in near closing time and they were kind enough to help me! In 35 minutes I had my old gel manicure removed and a fresh gel. They were very kind and everyone wore masks. Very highly recommend! They take major credit cards including American Express but if you have cash that is better. There is parking in front of the business on the street as well as behind the building in a parking lot.

I brought in a picture of something I saw online, totally expecting that it wouldn’t be doable. But the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They had me sit down with Mary – who totally nailing this design. She was extremely detail oriented and sweet, I honestly am so impressed. I’ve been coming to T&T for years as an après, I have always been impressed, but this was just such a super “wow” moment…I couldn’t _not_ write a review

Wanted to like this place. The ladies were very nice. They have tons of different polish brands and colors. However, the manicure turned out terribly. The lady who did my hands rushed through it. I could have done better myself. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome. However, given the poor quality of the manicure, it definitely was not worth $48+tip.

Called to make a same day appointment for a pedicure. Got the appointment time I requested and was seated in a spa chair upon arrival (after picking my color). The pedicure was great and fairly priced. I highly recommend T & T Nails for a wonderful and relaxing experience.
