Had an appointment for nails and pedicure and only was able to do pedicure because they told me they were too busy after my appointment was scheduled. Got my pedicure and had to ask if the supplies were sanitized, First Lady left me during my service and after about a 5 minute wait another girl came to do my pedicure and had to keep telling them each step what to do. I would absolutely not recommend this place due to bad customer service and overall bad experience.

I wanted red nails with white stars and he decided on his own to do red stars because it’ll look better. So he didn’t give me what I wanted. I also worked hard to get my nails long and healthy so I wouldn’t have to use the tips anymore. Well he Thinned then out to much to where he was burning me. And he told me “it’s okay if it hurts” and no my finger nails hurt 24/7. horrible job and terrible service. wasn’t worth the $55.

I do not call but just show up and never had to wait but again do not usually go when I know they will be busy either. I have never had a bad experience here and I try never to be in a hurry.

The whole experience was terrible. The guy was rude and in hurry. And the lady was yelling at my 6 month old baby. My nails are uneven and and he was in such a rush. He cut my skin and told me I could leave before my nails were dry so they got messed up when I opened my car door. Definitely not worth $40 and I will not be going back!

I had the worst experience ever! The man that did my nails cut my finger and when I jumped he told I was fine. I was trying to get it to quit bleeding and he stood up and raised his voice stating he didnt cut me and I was fine. Then he didnt clean polish off my fingers and when I ask him to he sighed and got rough with my fingers. My nails are not square like I asked and I still have glue on my thumb. He wouldn’t clean that off either. My suggestion if you go is dont let the older gentleman touch your hands.

I got the younger guy. He didn’t talk to me at all so I sat there awkwardly the whole time but he was quick and did a perfect job. My nails look so nice and exactly like the picture. Thank you 🙂
