Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve gone here three times now. The woman did my nails the first two times and she did a quick efficient job on my nails. They looked good and I was even able to go the three weeks before my fill was needed. The third time…. The gentleman did my nails. He complained from start to finish. He told me I needed a new set and my current nails taken off. I said but I just had these put on by the lady and this is only my third fill. Then he said that he didn’t know anything about that- basically calling me a liar. I picked out a color changing polish from their samples and I asked to see the actual polish to the color I wanted just so I could verify for myself that the sticker on the sample was true to its actual color. He wouldn’t allow me to look and told me that the sticker matched all the polishes. When he had two nails painted I knew right away the color did not match the sticker on the sample. When I mentioned that he got even more upset and he didn’t seem to understand what I was saying so I dropped it and was just gonna go with the color even though it wasn’t what I expected or wanted. Apparently, he just couldn’t drop it and proceeded to try to start an argument with me!! Because I chose not to argue with him and then dare say the sticker did not match the polish this was just too much for him. He finished painting my nails all while trying to argue and when he finished he said very angrily “pay me. Get out. Don’t come back”. I giggled and said excuse me cause at this point I’m totally blown away. He got louder and repeated himself. — it’s been a couple weeks and I had one nail fall off. Lastly, all through the last appointment he would speak to his colleague in another language which by the end of my appointment was making me very uncomfortable. So, please be careful should you choose to get your service done here. It most certainly is not worth being treated poorly let alone paying for a service to be done and being treated horribly throughout the process.Service: Acrylic nailsI’ve gone here three times now. The service was quick and my nails looked great and held up very well! I really want to come back, but I’ve been calling for over a week and the call goes straight to a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up. I had two great experiences here getting a full set and a fill. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations. The service was quick and my nails looked great and held up very well! I really want to come back, but I’ve been calling for over a week and the call goes straight to a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up. Is there a new number other than the one listed?
