My nails were always lifting and I got a full 3wks with no lift just natural growth before my next fill. My nails also don’t look like they were a fill as she cleans them out super well, looks like I had a brand new set. I love simple designs and she has nailed it making them look simple but stunning! I almost gave up on getting nails done until I found Tracey!!! She is amazing and friendly! My nails were always lifting and I got a full 3wks with no lift just natural growth before my next fill. I always get my nails done here. They’re super clean and tidy. The wait times can suck sometimes so I never know if I could walk in or not. They are all knowledgeable/not judgemental about different nail shapes which I appreciate because another place I went to made me change from a stiletto nail shape to almond then continued to say it was for older people. I got none of that from this shop though! They’re great and funny and I see them listening very attentively to their customers during stories and even ask questions in interest.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to get my nails done here all the time, but unfortunately I had a bad experience with my eyebrow wax. They burned my whole under eye so bad I currently have to treat it with scar medication. They had no compassion and were extremely rude when returning my money.
