I have not done my nails since Covid. I decided that I wanted to go back to self-care. I am so glad I started this journey again a month ago with TNT nails. They did a great job the first time and I love my gel refill as well. I am happy customer. This time has to come with my son and Lily ( I believe is her name) she was super throughly and had me out of there in 30 minutes. Just before my son could start crying.

I have been going there since it’s been under new management for several months now. I typically see Lin but all the girls working there are amazing. Always friendly, accommodating, attentive, and professional. I have been to literally every single nail salon in Waltham and after my long time next tech moved I dreaded finding another place. Once I find somewhere I like I am very loyal, I can’t recommend them enough.

They glob on nail polish so the layers don’t dry, incredibly unprofessional the entire time I was there. It wasn’t even 11 in the morning and the tech was saying she couldn’t do acrylics because she was in a rush and had somewhere else to be. Maybe she should’ve told us that she couldn’t see us when we called ahead of time, instead of making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The polish is all indented, and 3 hours after getting it done. They glob on nail polish so the layers don’t dry, incredibly unprofessional the entire time I was there. It wasn’t even 11 in the morning and the tech was saying she couldn’t do acrylics because she was in a rush and had somewhere else to be. You MUST visit the *NEW* team here! Cookie and her girls are so welcoming, patient, and efficient! I see Lynn for gel pedi’s and dip mani’s (also have had gel, too) on a regular basis and she is the sweetest. I’ve been to nail shops in Quincy and was a regular in Boston at some of the most expensive spots on Newbury and I will come back to T&T every time. 5 stars! <3

This was the last straw that broke the camels back…my sister and I went in to go get dip manicures and her nails literally cracked the same day. She asked for acrylic tips and the lady didn’t even do that. My nails cracked the next day. I didn’t want to go back into the salon and sit there for another hour to fix one nail so I literally just cut it myself and filed it down and I’m gonna go somewhere else now. This happens every time I come to this salon. I never get the color I ask for. I’m sick of wasting my hard earned money on subpar nails. Every time I’ve been to this salon I have left very unhappy. This was the last straw that broke the camels back…my sister and I went in to go get dip manicures and her nails literally cracked the same day. She asked for acrylic tips and the lady didn’t even do that. My nails cracked the next day.
