I used to love this place and recommended to everyone since it’s very conveniently located in the neighborhood. Well, their business is booming, more staff is hired, and some of them do a careless job. A male technician who did my nails didn’t even wipe the blood after he clipped my cuticle too short, and painted a clear coat right over the blood. He had his earbuds in and was Facetiming someone the ENTIRE time. They used to be so friendly but hardly even get a greeting now. I won’t be going back.
