They’re very efficient, and get me in and out while still doing an amazing job with the nail shape & art! They’re very kind, and listen when you tell them what you want! Critical: QualityThe man who did my nails was very rude and very rough. He burned my finger and cut a different. He acted rushed and irirated. He kept getting mad about how I had my chair and even would walk behind me and straighten it or move it closer to him. I warned him I have soft cuticles and he only became rougher. My finger hurt. The man who did my nails was very rude and very rough. He burned my finger and cut a different. He acted rushed and irirated. He kept getting mad about how I had my chair and even would walk behind me and straighten it or move it closer to him. I warned him I have soft cuticles and he only became rougher. My finger hurt. They did not open the nail equipment in front of me like a professional salon would do so I have no idea who used it prior to my service. I am very afraid the cut will be infected. Even after washing my hands and using hand sanitizer, the area is red and swollen. I have been to many, many nail salons and I have never encountered such terrible service. I do not recommend anyone visit this place. The old man who did my nails cut my cuticles, made me bleed, then laughed about it with everyone else when I did not want to -obviously- complete the service. They did not open the nail equipment in front of me like a professional salon would do so I have no idea who used it prior to my service. I am very afraid the cut will be infected. I didnt even get the shape I wanted, I was ignored when I told him that he was giving me the incorrect shape. Wanted pointy nails, got a coffin shape instead. Not only were the nails crooked but the paint chipped after a day and 2 of the acrylics broke off after only 3 days!!! Not worth the time or money. I got a full set of acrylics. They used dirty tools. The whole salon looked dirty. The guy who did my nails was rough and very unpleasant. I didnt even get the shape I wanted, I was ignored when I told him that he was giving me the incorrect shape. Wanted pointy nails, got a coffin shape instead.
