Worst place I’ve ever been to. When I walked in they were very rude (which should have made me leave but I was tired). She started the water for my pedicure and there was dirt in the water. I asked her to dump it and get me a new seat with a clean foot bath. Half way into the pedicure I looked down and there were 2 roaches in the water. She cut my nails so short they were sore. My heels were also too sore to walk comfortably for nearly a week. The towel she used to wipe my leg (only one because I stopped her from rubbing down the other leg) was dirty looking and smelled like it was soaking in bleach. Never again will I patron this nail shop. Definitely going back to Polish Me Pretty on Guadalupe and McClintock. Save yourself time, pain, frustration, and the headache…. Go anywhere else in the valley

Worst and fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. I went there because my nail shop was closed and I really needed a pedicure. I walked in and really didn’t pay attention because they told me to pick my nail polish. She directs me sit down in the chair while she’s filling the foot spa up with water. I look and there’s no sanitizer or whatever the blue crystals are they put in the water. I tell her aren’t you going to put chemicals in there? That’s when she put it in the water after I ask her. I then sit down and put my feet in the water, and look down at the floor of the establishment. Oh my gosh they were filthy, looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. I go to pay the 18 dollar fee and they have the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. I will never set foot in that place again. Hoping and praying I don’t get some kind of fungi from there. The board of cosmetology needs to pay them a surprise visit.
