My technician was so helpful and patient, offering advice when I needed, and taking time to check each step of the way with me. Atmosphere was welcoming, and the building was clean. Everyone was socially distanced too, which I appreciated. The full set, with extras, came to $70, and my friend had a fill and color change for $50. They were able to get us started immediately and there was only a 15 minute difference from when we called and when we walked in. I went in having absolutely no idea what I wanted, and ended up LOVING the look. 2.5 starts. Booked online an upgraded spa pedicure and classic manicure, no paint. When I showed up I told the receptionist I had booked online, they directed me where to go. Pedicure was basic nothing special. Did a good job, however little rougher than what I normally get. Nothing really major to complain about. After the pedicure, I asked about the manicure. they were not sure what I was referring to. I mentioned booking online. They said sorry come back tomorrow they were too busy for a manicure. Paid for the pedicure, I was charged for the regular pedicure, 30.00. Not sure why they have bookings online if they’re not following the booking. Probably would not go back just for the communication factor and not following up with good customer service and confirming exactly what I wanted.

Critical: CleanlinessWent in for a fill last Wednesday and came out with an infection in ALL of my fingers by Friday morning. Thought it was an allergic reaction at first, however confirmed through urgent care it is an active infection. Images: sharp pain, edema, erythema, bruising, burning, blisters. Nail tech used a buffer, dull file shared from previous clients and three separate cuticle cutters since the first two were blunt pulled out of her bin (not in a sanitized UV light container). Went in for a fill last Wednesday and came out with an infection in ALL of my fingers by Friday morning. Thought it was an allergic reaction at first, however confirmed through urgent care it is an active infection. Images: sharp pain, edema, erythema, bruising, burning, blisters. I appreciate the fact that they had managed to make an appointment for me at 2:15-2:30, however when I got there, I didn’t really get attended to minutes after 3. I usually don’t mind waiting and it seemed very busy anyway. I sort of wish they said they were booked though since I wanted to leave before 4.

Worst experience at a nail salon in a long time. A friend and I arrive to have an acrylic overlay removed from our natural nails, nothing else. We wash our hands and are seated. Initially 2 male nail techs come over and start clipping and removing color with drills. Instead of soaking the acrylic off, they use a nail tip to dig underneath the acrylic to get it off of each nail.

Very disappointed. Went for gel manicure. I had one broken nail that was short and ugly shaped and I told her to ignore it and she filed all of them to that length and shape. Lady also shaved my nails down to put gel on and I said no and she got annoyed but said they won’t last if I don’t do it. So I said very minimal please and she proceeded as if I didn’t have a choice, my nails are so thin now they won’t stop bending and breaking just like I got a full set ripped off. Didn’t cut cuticles and I wanted a simple color and kept asking me for a design ( costs extra). She didn’t get the polish close to the cuticle so it already looked like I needed A “fill” before leaving the salon. Nails didn’t last more than 2 days. My sister got hers done and they didn’t shave her nails down before gel hers didn’t last either. Kept asking if paying with cash. Would not recommend

Every time I have gone to these Tspa chains I end up leaving with cuts, burns and this time an allergic reaction. I called to set up an appointment for dip nails as I had them done by a separate nail salon and had no reactions.

Not sure what is happening there but the guy who did my fill ground more of my skin off then acrylic . Disappointed that most staff are not the original staff. No one is friendly and the place has a weird vibe. Been going there for years and the three times before this the nails only lasted less than 2 weeks and that is not normal. Unfortunately won’t be going back. Now back to square one on where to go. Hope the boba tea store does better then this

This place is terrible. I really wanted to give them a second shot after a bad experience, but the bottom line is that the techs rush and are sloppy. They don’t take gel nails off properly and thin your nails out so much grinding the polish off. And the worst part is I got an infection from them and now one of my nails is dark green. I spent $75 plus tip at the salon and then another $40 on a doctors copay because of the infection. Do yourself a favor and avoid TSpa.
