I was gifted and 80 minute facial/arm, and hand massage. This was my first experience in both getting a facial, and visiting the spa. It was such a nice experience. Pics taken post session, but wanted to share what the room looked like, along with the restroom, and waiting room. Great ambience, and decor for sure.

Got charge for not showing without even explaining any cancellation protocol. I had a platinum insurance. I would never like to give my business here and just going to another option that’s more friendly. Not even apologetic for not being able to explained the cancellation policy right. Apparently it’s customers fault to get money out of pocket for not rescheduling on time. Front desk personnel does not do their job well. Unprofessional.

Y’know what, the front desk was very welcoming and I was able to get settled in quickly after the walk through of the facility. It’s a pretty large spa with many rooms and therapists. I booked two separate session for my wife and I, but they put us in a couples room which is always a plus. The facility is clean, but I’d love to see a commons area (co-ed) to have tea and snacks with my wife. I didn’t get to check out the pool, but the steam room was enough for me this time. I’d also like to see the staff clean up the shower area and the quiet area more often. There were many used towels and cups everywhere

The Eucalyptus steam room is wonderful. I also received a facial and pedicure and both were over the top fabulous.

So this is my second time going there and I have mixed feelings about the quality of customer service I have received. The first time I received a “good” facial and I told the aesthetician that I already had the eminence exfoliator and she went ahead and recommended me what I had told I already had. Lack of attention. Nonetheless I went ahead and purchased products on my own and as I was checking out I learned the front desk people had already charged me 20% gratuity without my consent, I found that unprofessional since they did not know how I felt about the service and whether I was willing to give that much.I let it pass…

I went for their signature facial and I had never been here before. The experience was a nice little escape. I got there about thirty minutes early and they let me sit in this relaxation room. It was actually really relaxing. Nice soft zen music, comfy chairs, warm temp. During non covid times they have a steam room and sauna available if you get services here and it would be the perfect time to go there. But this sitting in peace was equally great. The actual service was relaxing. I asked Quincy to explain what she was doing as she went since it was my first time in over ten years getting a facial. She did. She gave me great recommendations for skincare on some problem areas I was having. it was an overall great experience I want to come back!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismIn response to a low-star review posted 2 years ago by Star Cat…. I worked at t-spa briefly a few years ago, and everything you say is so true! I will add that the reason they couldn’t keep enough Nail Techs in the Pedicure department back then is because the tech that had been working there for several years would chase all the new techs away. She was very territorial, unfriendly and had NO team work ethic. At least that’s how it was when I worked there with her. She was constantly breaking rules, and got away with it because the Manager at the time was clueless… or ignorant…. or both!! Speaking of the manager at the time, she would reprimand employees for breaking rules, yet with said Nail Tech she made excuses for her… Pffffft! Said Nail Tech once breezed thru a 75 minute pedicure in 25 min, (a $70 or $80 pedi), then rushed out to steal my guest 5 minutes before her appt time, which the Superviser at the time allowed it all to happen, saying she, (said Nail Tech), was entitled to a last minute booking. Pfffft! So it’s ok to breeze through a service; treating the previous Guest with a lame, quick pedi???? Is that what 4 Diamond quality is??? And the Manager at the time did NOTHING about it!. It’s no wonder why they couldn’t keep enough Nail Techs back then…The day I quit, I reached out to HR about these issues and more! By now, I hope things are better for the Employees who worked there at the time; they all were unhappy…UPDATE after Tspa’s response: I was an exceptional employee, and proud to be part of the team while I worked there; one of those “dedicated to providing an excellent”, [first class], “experience” to all Tspa Guests. It’s ashame that THAT part of me was overlooked and unappreciated! Furthermore, since said Nail Tech is still working there, (after many infractions), then Tspa’s statement that they now have new team members is misleading. With that said, I’m willing to bet that nothing, except a new manager, has changed…In response to a low-star review posted 2 years ago by Star Cat…. Great experience! They have everything I needed, just had to bring myself. The service were fantastic and relaxing and they were able to handle my special needs with having eczema. Loved it and can’t wait to go back. This time I experienced the milk bath, signature massage, signature facial and signature manicure. The sauna was the perfect way to end the day. Did I mention I cannot wait to go back?

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about this place! If you need to relax and recharge, this is the place to go. The staff is warm and friendly and the services are amazing! I had the Heaven & Earth package and it was worth every dime. In between services, I had a lunch of strawberry goat cheese salad and chardonnay by the fire in the ladies lounge! Plus you can hang out in the sauna and eucalyptus steam room as long as you want. I didnt want to leave & I can’t wait to go again!
