Critical: QualityWent there for a gel manicure. They pushed me to hurry up and pick a color. Even though I was early to my appointment. When she was doing my nails I had to ask her to shape them and make them shorter. She was going to start painting them the way they were. She didnt clean the dust off my nails so when she painted them there was dust chunks on them. When I said it wasn’t smooth she tried to cut the bumps off of 2 of my nails. In doing so she cut the gel polish off and had to touch it up. Now 4 days after getting it done it is chipping off on the tips. Went there for a gel manicure. They pushed me to hurry up and pick a color. Even though I was early to my appointment. When she was doing my nails I had to ask her to shape them and make them shorter. She was going to start painting them the way they were. Critical: ProfessionalismI used to come here often, they were always able to get me in and did a good job. I tipped well and was a loyal customer. Last week I made an appointment for a Saturday, I show up and the lady said my appointment was yesterday. I said no, I would’ve never scheduled it for Friday as I was out of town. She messed up the appointment and charged me a $10 fee. I asked her if she could waive the fee as I’m a loyal customer, I don’t miss appointments and she screwed up the scheduling.
