Tommy doesn’t like his time to be wasted, so he is cut and dry on the phone. In person, though, he is funny and entertaining. He remembered what haircut I got from 6 months ago, and it was only my second time seeing him. His hours sometimes vary, but he is quick and cheap. $17 for a men’s regular haircut.
