I am high disappointed in my service today! I do not live around Cornelius area so I always drive about a hour out to come to T&Q but today it was not worth it. My nails looked nothing like what I asked for so I asked could she change it because it’s not what I asked for and I didn’t not like it. She told me I would have to pay to change. All she offered was to take the polish off but I still will have to pay full price. As a business why would you want your customer to leave unsatisfied ? A loyal customer at that, somebody who drive a hour out and usually bring friends & family along to get service done as well. I can understand if I just didn’t like it but it was not what I asked for Is the problem. My coffin shape looked like regular square. The glitter she used is nowhere identical to the image. And the length is way shorter than I asked for because she continuously had to cut them down to get them even. Also my toes were very duel I had to ask them to put another coat over.

Horrible I’ve went 3 times the first time was a older lady who painted like a 3 year old the second time another lady fixed them and they where okay the 3rd time it was so thick that when I hit my nails one completely took off my actual finger nail and the other one cracked down the middle so now I have to wait for those nails to grow back before going else where. I do not recommend this place they are always rushing even when there is barley anyone in there

Rushed through my pedicure and noticed after I left the second coat of polish stopped 2/3s down my nail. Gel manicure was also terrible. Color I’ve had before was a completely different color but they assured me it was correct, asked for square shape and they rounded them. After comparing the color to a friend who had the same color and brand and realizing how different it was I called to see if they would do anything to fix it and they said no. Really disappointed. Will never recommend or go back.
