Horrible experience don’t go to this salon! They over charged me for a gel nails and a gel pedicure. The guy dug into my toe made it bleed and cross contaminated my blood into the other nail polish he had no gloves on and he didn’t even care that my blood was on his hand! Then the lady doing my nails stood at the pedicure chair to do my fill on nails so my pedicure wasn’t even relaxing! The lady did a horrible job on my gel nails she didn’t even give me what I wanted! They are extremely thick and the paint is chipping already and it’s only a few days since this horrible experience! Don’t goto this PLACE! They over charge you and there gel polish is horrible! On top of cross contamination of blood HORRIBLE Experience NEVER AGAIN will I GO HERE! There so many other good nail salons in this county don’t goto this ONE!‼️‼️‼️‼️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

Best pedicure I ever had. And I have had many over the years. My clinician was detail oriented and had the hands of an angel. I will definitely be back

Love going to T-Palace for pedicures and getting my brows done! I have typically had great experiences; however, the reason I give 4 stars is that I have had to wait about 30 minutes after the time of my scheduled appointment on two occasions.

I have been to this salon roughly ten times, and today was the worst experience I’ve had here, and one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received! I had a nail technician I have never seen before, and I unfortunately didn’t ask his name. He was not the least bit friendly, did not greet me upon arrival, and spoke no more than three words to me. He used a nipper to trim my toenails (why would he not use a toenail clipper??), and he cut the skin at the end of both large toes. I jerked and winced in pain. He glanced up at me, saying absolutely nothing, and he proceeded to wipe the blood with his BARE hand! I said “that hurt”, and he said not a word. On top of that, the polish job looks as if a five year old child did it. It is sloppy, uneven, and on the skin surrounding the nails. Also, maybe they raised their prices since my last visit, but the charge was $5 more than my previous visits. I know I should’ve asked, but I just assumed prices had increased. I did not leave a tip, which is absolutely not typical of me, and I WILL NOT RETURN! There are plenty of other salons in the area.

I have gone twice for pedicures and full sets. First set, the polish didn’t cure and peeled 2nd day. Gave them another try and while she was painting and knew it was a bad bottle of polish, she told me to come back if it peeled or bubbled. Not only did it do that, 4 nails lifted and popped off within 4 days. Their cash tip only with an ATM inside is a little tacky also. Won’t go back.

I liked this place because it was close to home, new and clean. I unfortunately will probably not be back. This was my second time going and I thought the nail tech did a great job, that is until I got an infection. The first color didn’t take, now mind you this is a brand new salon and they should have several of the same color but no, I had to pick a different one. This place is clean and they do use new equipment, they just can be rough and I saw that I had a few cuts before I left, but I’ve had that before when other techs are rough, but the one on my pinky finger was bad and now it’s infected still almost a week later.

First time going here. My pedicure turned out nice. I wasn’t feeling like she rushed thru it even tho they were quiet busy. Will return.

Went for a pedicure. The tech polish color I had chosen was a bit dry, he was struggling to get it applied. It wasn’t until after I got home that I really looked and could see how bad it was. My pinky toe didn’t even have polish on the nail. Because it was after hours, I waited and went in the next day to ask if they could redo it. I explained to the hostess what happened and she put me with the next available tech. After I was finished, he walked me to the dryer and told the hostess it would be $15 for polish change. I explained, again, that it wasn’t simply a polish change. It was a correction to the application from the night before. All she could do was shrug her shoulders and say that he said the charge was $15. So I’m $70 in for a pedicure that was only $40 to start (including tips) and I will not be returning to this business that puts money over customer satisfaction.

So friendly. I suffer from social anxiety really bad. I even take medication for it. The one I come to this nail salon I’m not worried about taking the medication or if someone’s going to be rude or act like I’m not good enough. I have always been treated very well.
