This place was absolutely horrible my nails weren’t even done correctly some of my nails you could see my original nail. I asked for simple black nails an the coffin shape was all wrong. They charged me 50 bucks for the whole set. they told me it’s cuz of the oil. I understand that I ordered coffin an acrilic nail but the fact that they charged me 50 for such horrible some nails. Even one of the customers told us to tell the man to so he can fix it. Telling everybody right now it was the man that did my nails

It’s unclear to me what the point is of making an appointment if the business isn’t going to honor their own appointments? Especially when I called and specifically asked, “do you take walk ins or appointments?” They said “appt best.” I made one and came in on their time, waited half an hour, and they took and started two folks while I was waiting. No one communicated anything (“it’s going to be X minutes more”) which is the least you can do if I’m actively trying to give you my money. Don’t take my time for granted. It’s disrespectful.

Accept walk ins but you show up and they tell you they have appts they can’t help you. Mind you i was getting nails pedicure and eyebrows and didn’t offer pedicure and wax first while they finish nails. They just don’t want to work.
