Critical: ProfessionalismYour nails will last at this place I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. However, their customer service isn’t good. I’ve noticed over the years when African Americans walked into the nail salon no one said hello to them. But, when a white woman walked into the nail salon someone greeted them with a hello. Also, I always tip and I understand the importance of tipping. But, they will literally scream out loud and ask for a tip for the whole nail salon to hear them. They don’t say thank you for the tip they just put the money in their apron and say bye. Your nails will last at this place I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. However, their customer service isn’t good. I’ve noticed over the years when African Americans walked into the nail salon no one said hello to them. But, when a white woman walked into the nail salon someone greeted them with a hello. Also, I always tip and I understand the importance of tipping. But, they will literally scream out loud and ask for a tip for the whole nail salon to hear them. Critical: QualityThe 1st time did pedicure, waxing.Three days after had rashes on my face and the nail polish didn’t last. The 2nd time did pedicure, manicure with acrylic, within a week all the acrylic nails removed.. So decided to go a 3rd time time to try a different thing, so this time had waxing, pedicure and manicure with manicure gel for my mails. Within 3 days 3 of my acrylic nails came of. I was on sick leave so wasn’t cooking or working . Was there on 17 November 2021. I wish l could post images of my nails today so horrible. Today is just the 6th day. .by 19 November hmmm it was nasty. This place was HORRIBLE. Went for a mani and pedi. Pedi lasted for like 15 minutes. My nails look horrible. Looks like a job my 6 year old niece could do. Staff didn’t listen to me when advising them to better the pedi. They just wanted to finish quick and take your money. Sorry to say, wish they shut down.
