Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gone to this salon a few times because it’s so close to my house but I’m not going back. My daughter’s nails looked terrible and the tech had filed her skin in places. Mine were filed uneven and I had to fix them at home. They were dipped way too many times and I had gotten skin cut too! They try to take too many people in rather than just telling them to come back or book later. I’ve gone to this salon a few times because it’s so close to my house but I’m not going back. My daughter’s nails looked terrible and the tech had filed her skin in places. Mine were filed uneven and I had to fix them at home. They were dipped way too many times and I had gotten skin cut too! They try to take too many people in rather than just telling them to come back or book later. I paid a LOT to get fingers cut and have sub par manicures.

Critical: Quality, ValueI walked in & loved the salon. This was my “self care day “ for myself, I hadn’t had one in about a year. I got a pedicure & it was ok (water was lukewarm) got a full set & the tech asked what I wanted “acrylic nails, gel polish “ she kept pushing for me to get these dip powder nails & how wonderful they were & lasted much longer. She started the process & she files my nails & multiple fingers were cut cuticles were pushed back & skin is now peeling. These nails are not lasting as long as promised. It’s only been 6 days & already a nail has broken off (my natural nail included) multiple are cracked in various places. ATP I need some type of reimbursement because getting them repaired (free within 2 weeks) isn’t an option because it’s gonna take that time for my skin & nail to heal from the set.Service: PedicureI walked in & loved the salon. I walked in & loved the salon. This was my “self care day “ for myself, I hadn’t had one in about a year. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueService was really awesome and they were right on time, staff is extremely friendly and they give recommendations if it’s your first time doing your nails.
