Honestly very satisfied with my experience we are new to Atwater and have been looking for a place for us to get our nails done at, me and my mom both got our toes and nails done my mom said she liked her experience and hopes to get a full set when they have time since we were walk ins we took what they had available and we were very satisfied! she did end up getting her nails painted for the meantime and will be booking to get a full set! the women I had I think was named V she was supper sweet, she did both my gel manicure and pedicure and I love both pedi and mani so much! thank you V I’ll definitely be going to her again! I’ll add pictures on my manicure but not my pedicure just know she did amazing job on my toes as well

I had a pedicure with Helen and she was very gentle and the massage was so relaxing! I recommend Helen, I gave her a tip and she acted so surprised. Please remember to tip your nail tech, pedicure tech, hair stylist! It means more to them than you realize!

Melanie is the best. I went in to get a full set, and she saw my natural nails and was like no no I’ll make your nails pretty. Mine were long, so she shaped them and did a gel polish. I love them.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid $50 for 2 BASIC manicures. 1 of them was on a 7 year old child and they still charged me full price. The pictures I provided was after she “cleaned my nails up” right before she put polish. Look at how uneven my nails are. They weren’t even filed or anything. She didn’t even use nail clippers. She used the cuticle cutters to “cut my nails”. The third picture I provided was the day after I got them done. My cuticles have been hurting ever since I went there and they have been bleeding. I’ve also gotten an infection so I’m guessing they don’t properly clean their equipment. I asked for a receipt and they said they don’t give receipts. When I was talking to the guy at the front desk he rudely answered his personal cell phone as I was talking and started laughing with whoever he answered so it wasn’t even important. Went in to get a BASIC French tip pedicure using gel, meaning my end price would be $40. After the appointment, I looked down and saw that the French tip was not even straight. It was crooked on ALL toes. She then gave me my total and it turned out to be $70!! I asked her why it became so expensive when I said I wanted BASIC and she said it’s because I got the aromas, hot rocks etc….. scam of money

I will not go here again. The entire experience was rushed and uncomfortable. He did my acrylics so fast I had no time to correct or tell him he isn’t doing what I’d asked. He cut me 3 times (I’ve never had this happen), and was going so fast that he didn’t pay attention to my instruction.

They do a great job. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because i waited 1 hr for them to start on my full set nails even tho I had an appointment. They put tips on you in the meanwhile so you kinda feel like you have to stay. And they have given me little cuts every time I go for a full set.

They split the heal of my foot. Also I noticed more then one worker had a similar fairly large dark spot on there top upper wrist. Characteristic of a hpv manifestation which makes since if they handle the feet of many people but gloves were worn so the concern is limited and place seems maintained well and clean so.
