Pretty good experience! The nails tech did a great job with matching the inspo that I showed him. My only concern is that they didn’t push back my cuticles at all. This meant that after 3 days, the edges looked pretty bad. I paid $80 which is very fair. I would just make sure you are very specific in the future.

Call the head to see if there was a wait for a pedicure. I was told there wasn’t and I proceeded to come in. They sat me out of a pedicure station with my feet in the water, and no one acknowledged me for 20 minutes. Normally it’s not a problem but I was pressed for time today, which is why I called ahead! I took my feet out of the water, dried them off and proceeded to leave. At this time they told me “just a few more minutes”… I told them I did not have a few more minutes today, which is the whole reason I called ahead and I was told there was no wait. I would’ve appreciated honesty over the phone.

Excellent Customer Service. I want to say thank you to everyone who helped our family. We had an amazing time. We had four pedicures and probably the best one I’ve had in a while! They took their time and were very particular in detail. We have a 3 year old who has never been before and they were patient and even added glitter in her toes and hands.
