Critical: ProfessionalismIt says they close at 8pm, me and my friend pulled up at 6:30pm to get our nails done. The lady was on the phone, seen us pull in, walked over to the open sign that was ON it said open, and turned it off looked at us and laughed then walked away right in our faces.
