If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service. Like how do you even do that? And I am amazed at some of the great reviews I’m reading. I walked in at first and told them what I wanted done. When I picked out my color, she came back and said that they didn’t have it in gel, could I do dip powder? I said, “Isn’t that more expensive?”and she said, “Yes,” and I said that I would just pick another color. She came back with a couple of reds that were too red, and just disappeared to the back. I waited for over 10 minutes for her to return. I thought maybe she was in the bathroom or something. Who I assume was the manager saw me sitting there, as did the other employees, and no one said anything. The manager did, however, act very friendly to other customers. I left. I even forgot my water bottle and had to go back in. Still saw no sign of the girl. I have never in my life. Awful place.

Holly rushed thru every aspect of my nails, even my choice of color wasn’t fast enough for her, she started just picking colors for me. I literally only took about 15 seconds to look but not quick enough for her. She didn’t push my cuticles back so now my hair is getting caught underneath several of them. The shape is awful and crooked. Many are thick and bumpy in the middle. She offered to paint a design on them which I allowed, but it was totally crooked on my right thumb, straight on the left. I asked for ombre, I got half and half with no transition between colors on several nails, while the others looked right, but several were sloppy and went very diagonal instead of horizontal. Also this was a few days ago and the cuticle on two fingers is still sore where she somehow cut it off and made it bleed in the process. As for my pedicure, Danny rushed thru that as well. Left the corner of my 2nd toenail obviously unpainted and unfiled. Made three of my toes bleed. Apologized and said something about dry skin?? Then when done I sat for 10 minutes drying then he told me I could go. I asked him specifically was he sure it was ok to put socks and shoes on? He said yes. They charged me $90! Way more than advertised prices, I tried to ask about it but she was too busy talking to someone else to even listen to my question. I just paid it. I got home and both toenails had smeared. Went back next day wearing sandals, and asked to fix, they said that polish had glitter in it that’s why, and they wanted to just paint over the smeared places with a similar polish, I nicely asked that they just use the same kind, I didn’t want it not to match, they argued but I insisted, so they finally got the same one, then at the last moment he still switched it for a different kind anyway without even asking! Just painted it on over the smeared spots on both toes. I looked at it and showed him that it still looked messy you could feel the lines where it had smeared. So he finally fixed one toe correctly. Then thought he was done. I said what about this one? I had to point out again that it was messy and felt bumpy. I apologized to him, because he kept huffing and puffing, like I was killing him or something, when he was the one who wouldn’t just do what I asked to start with. Needless to say, I’ll never go here again.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. The woman rushed and when I asked her to fix it because they were all messed up, she insisted that I do not tell her how to do her job and she does not make mistakes. She yelled at me and was so mean I started to cry. She snatched my card out of my hand and ran it even though I hated the service provided. DO NOT COME HERE

Critical: QualityI have been to this salon 3 times and this has been my worst experience. The guy that did my toes was nice. However, my feet is not smooth and polish is not very neat and on my skin. Another guy did my hands. He was very rough with my hands. He was hurting my fingers and he cut my skin with the drill/filer. I let him know that the UV light was burning my fingers and he wasn’t concerned. When he started on my hands I told him I wanted designs on 2 of my fingers and he completely forgot. I received a text stating that I would receive 15% off my next service for my birthday and I told the lady but she only gave me 10%. I don’t mind paying for good quality service but my fingers are sore and and the quality of work is messy.I have been to this salon 3 times and this has been my worst experience. deserves one star, my girlfriend went in today and the OWNER of the store was ridiculous towards her and another customer, i don’t know much about nails but apparently she couldn’t do french tips which from what i hear is pretty simple. She rushed through the other customers nails and did a terrible job and when the customer disapproved of the job done she started YELLING at her. Overall terrible place wouldn’t suggest this place to anybody and from the reviews i see one day she’s gonna meet her match.
